Itinerary

Day 1
ARRIVE NAIROBI

Arrive at Nairobi Airport. Pick up & transfer to your hotel. Evening explores Nairobi city. Nairobi is Kenya’s capital city. In addition to its urban core, the city has Nairobi National Park, a large game reserve known for breeding endangered black rhinos and home to giraffes, zebras, and lions. Next to it is a well-regarded elephant orphanage. Visit Karen Blixen Museum. Local market. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2
ARRIVE NAKURU

After breakfast at the hotel transfer to the Nakuru lake area. Lake Nakuru is one of the Rift Valley soda lakes at an elevation of 1,754 m above sea level. It lies to the south of Nakuru, in the rift valley, and is protected by Lake Nakuru National Park. The lake’s abundance of algae used to attract a vast quantity of flamingos that famously lined the shore. Arrive check-in at the hotel.

Day 3
SAFARI & OTHER ACTIVITIES

Breakfast and proceed for activities in Nakuru national park. Viewpoint. Out of Africa Lookout. To get the best view that takes in much of the park, head up to the rocky Out of Africa Lookout. Viewpoint. Baboon Cliffs. This popular viewpoint and one-time lunch spot have superlative views out over the lake, with some fine aerial vistas down onto the flooded lakeshore. Baboons, however, are a problem and don’t mind
Waterfall. Makalia Falls- The modest Makalia Falls, at the extreme southern end of the park, swell after the rains when they’re at their best. You can camp at the nearby park campsite. Overnight at Nakuru.

Day 4
ARRIVE MASAI MARA

Proceed to Masai Mara. Maasai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills and is crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers. The area nearby is dotted with villages (enkangs) of Maasai. Arrive check-in at the hotel. Go for an evening game drive. See all the animals in their natural habitat.

Day 5
GAME DRIVE- SAFARI DRIVES- OTHER ACTIVITIES

Go for an early morning game drive. The main event of your Masai Mara safari, game drives take you out and into the Masai Mara to search for the iconic animals. Day 6
ARRIVE SERENGETI TANZANIA

Transfer to Serengeti in Tanzania. The Serengeti ecosystem is a geographical region in Africa, spanning northern Tanzania and some of southwestern Kenya. The protected area within the region includes approximately 30,000 km² of land, including the Serengeti National Park. It is famous for its annual migration of over 1.5 million white-bearded (or brindled) wildebeest and 250,000 zebra and for its numerous Nile crocodile and honey badger. Arrive & take an evening game drive.

Day 7
SUN RISE & AFTERNOON GAME DRIVE & NATURAL WALKS

Take early morning sunrise game drive. Many of the Serengeti’s animals are most active during the cooler morning and evening hours, making a sunrise game drive the perfect opportunity to spot leopards, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and other crepuscular animals on the move. If you’re intent on seeing African Wild Dogs, this is also the best time to spot the elusive pack hunters. Depending on where you are staying, you may have the chance to take a guided nature walk. You can also take a hot air balloon safari.

Day 8
ARRIVE NGORONGORO

Transfer to Ngorongoro. Approximately 2.5 million years ago, the Ngorongoro crater was a huge volcanic mountain, rivaling Kilimanjaro in size. This changed when the top of the mountain collapsed in on itself, creating the biggest volcanic caldera in the world. Ngorongoro Crater, an extinct volcanic caldera in the Eastern (Great) Rift Valley, northern Tanzania. It lies 75 miles (120 km) west of the town of Arusha. Take crater rim walk or other activities.

Day 9

Day 10
ARRIVE LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

Proceed further to Lake Manyara National Park is one of Africa’s alkaline water lakes located on the northern side of Tanzania, approximately ninety minutes drive from Arusha town on a newly tarmac-surfaced road. Established specifically to protect the elephant herds that have made the area renowned, the park provides an amazing wildlife experience. … Elephants are not the only animals that Lake Manyara is famous for. Tree-climbing lions and thousands of flamingos inhabit the lakeshore.

Day 11
ARRIVE ARUSHA

Depart for Arusha. Arrive and check in at the hotel. Arusha is a city in East Africa’s Tanzania, located at the base of volcanic Mt. Meru. It’s a gateway to safari destinations and to Africa’s highest peak, 5,895m Mt. Kilimanjaro. Visit Lake Duluti. You can also visit a coffee plantation. Overnight at Arusha.

Day 12
DEPARTURE

Transfer to Arusha airport for your connection back to India.
