Day 1
ARRIVE VIENNA. TRANSFER TO SALZBURG

Arrive in Vienna Transfer to train station for your train to Salzburg. It is the city of culture. Arrive & check in at the hotel. Rest of the day explore this beautiful city famous for the Sound Of Music. Overnight at Salzburg hotel.

Day 2
SOUND OF MUSIC TOUR & AFTERNOON AUSTRIAN LAKES & MOUNTAINS TOUR

Come and join on a wonderful ride with breathtaking views and explore the original shooting locations from The Sound of Music in Salzburg and the Lake District inclusive of the wedding church in Mondsee. The tour includes original shooting locations from “The Sound of Music” movie.

Later You take The Tour of Austrian Lakes & Mountains – See the scenery of Austria’s Lake District on this tour from Salzburg. visit Fuschl Castle, wander the town of St Wolfgang. Enjoy a boat ride across Lake Wolfgang and explore St Gilgen, back to Salzburg in the evening.

Day 3
FULL DAY TOUR TO HALLSTAT & SALZKAMMERGUT ICE CAVES

The tour goes into the lake district called Salzkammergut. The lakes you will see are lake Fuschlsee, lake Wolfgangsee, lake Hallstättersee, and lake Gosausee. The tour stops in the little villages and the nice pictures stop. You have the possibility to the cable car ride, train ride, boat ride, visit of the salt mine in Hallstatt or the five fingers platform, ice cave and the glacier of mountain Dachstein.

Day 4
FULL DAY EXCURSION TO HALLSTAT & SALZKAMMERGUT ICE CAVES

Day 5
DAY TRIP TO INNSBRUCK ( SELF GUIDED AT YOUR OWN PACE)

Today use your Austria pass for a day trip to Innsbruck. Innsbruck, capital of Austria’s western state of Tyrol. Arrive Innsbruck. You can first visit Swarovski Crystal World in Watten. Later take city exploration of Innsbruck. Visit Golden roof. Ambras Castle. You can also take a cable car to Nordkette. Later evening you take a train back to Salzburg.

Day 6
ZELL AM SEE ARRIVAL

The morning takes a train to Zell Am See. Arrive and check in at the hotel. Zell is See is an Austrian town on Lake Zell. Later evening visit lake Zell. Time to relax at your resort. Enjoy the light show on the lake.

Day 7
VISIT SCHMITTENHOHE

Local mountain, ski resort, hiking paradise, family adventure – the Schmittenhöhe high above Zell am See is a real multi-talent when it comes to unforgettable holidays. The Schmitten is known as one of Austria’s most beautiful panoramic mountains and the views across and down to the valley are really quite something. You either look into the valley, across Lake Zell or the town or your attention is drawn to the vista in the distance with up to thirty 3.000 meters high mountains in the Hohe Tauern National Park.

Day 8
VEINNA ARRIVAL

After breakfast at the hotel check out and take the train to Vienna – The Austrian capital. Later in the evening Vienna Mozart Concert at the Musikverein. Overnight at Vienna.
